This small glass vessel measures just 6” in diameter. It was made by layering glass powders on clear sheet glass. In the first firing, the powders are fused onto the sheet. Then, the sheet is laid on a ring mold and gravity causes the glass to slump through the ring. The rim of the piece is cut off after the slump firing and polished to a matte finish.
